The Soup Group formed in the mid 1990s in Toronto’s west end, but evolved into SOUP Inc. when they came to Cabbagetown and purchased the building at 603 1/2 Parliament Street in 2001.
This photo was taken one of the back deck as we were having a lunchtime BBQ to celebrate our 9th Anniversary in the neighbourhood.
The Soup Group is a diverse mixture of independent and dynamic digital production, web, graphics and consulting entities.

This was a t-shirt design for the online comic www.dinosaurcomics.com. Dinosaur comics happens to be created by our very own Ryan North of Project wonderful. The design was a soup collaboration, created by Dimentians in-house graphic designer Linda.
We should have more cross talent personal projects!

On oldie but an goodie.
As the holiday season is quickly coming around again, and inevitably the thoughts of this years company eCard start to surface. While brainstorming with Rob, I couldn’t help but remember the eCard that was sent out in 2007. That was a great effort by all and turned out amazing.
Is it a step backwards if we mail out paper cards this year?

I was walking around the Soup building today trying to find some interesting photos to take for this blog and wandered over to blink | blink. I was met with a warm hug from Chris, who welcomed me to take photos around their space. There were so many wonderful things to photograph, but I must say Chris’s Damn Dollies were my favourite!

Here at Soup we have a white board in our front foyer. We like to draw on it. It usually starts off by one person drawing/writing something, and it gets added on to by passer bys.
This is the white board Art from October. Its theme was inspired by the racoon that sleeps on our patio deck.
